A 30% fee will be charged for all cancellations made in less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a 50% fee will be charged for morning of the same day cancellations, and a 100% fee will be charged little to no notice or no-shows. These policies are not meant to be punitive, but rather, an effort to allow all clients who desire an appointment an opportunity to schedule.
